Lost Dog in Dubbo is reunited

Just want to say thankyou for being there to help bring my girl home without everyone's help she would never of been found.getting the word out its the hardest thing but because her face was everywhere. A young person recognized her from posts rescued her from where she was and contacted me.
Why the person that had her never handed her over is unknown to me but im so greatful she is home.
