Lost Dog in Waterloo is reunited

Around 11:20pm on December 27th. I tied my dog in front of Coles. When I was shopping, three people took my dog away. We have called the police.
The dog is a brown teddy. She has a collar and a dog leash.She was not wearing any clothes last night.
