Lost Cat in Surrey Hills is reunited

Billy is a black and white tuxedo cat. He’s friendly and docile. Was last seen on Sunday evening 23/02/2020 and his collar was found outside our house in the middle of the road 40 Erasmus street Surrey Hills Melbourne . Billy is an outdoor/indoor cat but he doesn’t stray too far beyond our garden so we are very concerned as him being gone longer then 24 hours is unusual.
Any information would be appreciated and a reward of $100 will be offered to anyone who returns him.
